Carved out of friendship and passion for country music, Western Bred hit the Arizona music scene in the early 1980’s. Blending strong vocals with high energy music and a commitment to entertain, Western Bred quickly became a favorite in Phoenix area honky tonks and dance clubs. In 1989, legendary Phoenix night club (Mr. Lucky’s) hired Western Bred as the house band. This spawned an opportunity to share the stage with local country music icon, and club owner J David Sloan. Together they would spend the next fourteen years entertaining folks from the stage of Arizona’s #1 country music night club, performing 5 nights a week, along with a strict rehearsal schedule; this would prove to be a great platform to mold the band into a craftful music force.
Western Bred comes out and plays a minimum of once a year and this is it! Please come join us in listening to Roadrunner and Arizona's Famous Western Bred. Coming off of a crazy night before hand (midget wrestling), this will be a great time for our locals and even out of towner's, as western bred always bring out the best crowd.
